The cost of travel to, and accommodation in, Riga - plus a registration fee of €150.

The calibre of external speakers and the cost of providing them means that we are unable to offer the event free of charge.  However, we've kept the registration fee as low as possible and believe that it represents exceptional value for money.  It also compares very favourably with the fees charged by commercial events which are not aimed specifically at NTOs.

The really good news is that the hotel has offered us a rate of just €50 per night for a single room, bringing down the cost of attending the academy for everyone.

Catering

Coffee breaks, lunches and dinners are included in the registration fee.  Breakfast is covered in the room rate.  

Please note: only the catering provided during the academy is included in the registration fee.  Lunch on the Wednesday - before the academy - is not included.  

MTN members attending the meeting on Tuesday afternoon are asked to make their own dinner arrangements for that evening.  The Latvian Tourism Development Agency is drawing up a list of bars and restaurants for everyone coming to Riga and this will be waiting for you on your arrival in your hotel rooms.
